Hola, Chapitos!! Get your flocking shoes ready because Flock to the Field is THIS SATURDAY the 25th beginning at NOON! There will be food, fun beyond belief, prizes, excitement, and LOVE for our soccer teams, so you want to be there! Flocking is, of course, an art, but DO NOT WORRY! You will not be judged on the basis of your form and precision but on the basis of the CHAP SPIRIT within your heart!

Come Tuesday afternoon, October 21st, at 4PM to hear the defense of Leah Price's senior art exhibition. This will occur in the Student Art Gallery across from the CAA.

Lady Chap Scrimmage

Come out and get a look at the 2014-2015 edition of the Lady Chap basketball team when they scrimmage Western Texas JC on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Rip.
First exhibition game will be Nov. 1 against Wayland Baptist.

Chaps hope to finish fall season strong following rough first day



WICHITA FALLS, Texas (October 20, 2014) – Lubbock Christian men's golf struggled in the first two rounds of the Midwestern State Invitational on Monday at Wichita Falls Country Club, carding a team score of 593 after scores of 296 and 297 to sit in 10th place at the 15-team tournament.

Jets End Chaps Conference Win Streaks



LUBBOCK, Texas (October 20, 2014) – The NCAA Division II's longest active conference win streak end-ed Monday at LCU Soccer Field, as Newman University ended Lubbock Christian University's nine-game Heartland Conference win streak by defeating the Chaparrals 1-0 to hand LCU their first conference loss of the season and end their streak of six unbeaten games.

Sanchez Gets 10th and LCU Shuts Out Jets



LUBBOCK, Texas (October 20, 2014) – For the first time since 2010, Lubbock Christian University has a pair of players with at least 10 goals on the season, as Claudia Sanchez netted her 10th goal of the sea-son and goalkeeper Lauren Story recorded her sixth shutout of the season to lead the Lady Chaparrals to a 2-0 victory over Newman University Monday in Heartland Conference action at LCU Soccer Field. The win was the seventh consecutive win for the Lady Chaps, who remain perfect (5-0-0) in conference play.
